ABSTRACT
Aging induces gradual accumulation of damages in cells and tissues, which leads to physiological dysfunctions.Aging-associated muscle dysfunction is commonly seen aged population severely affects their physical activity life quality, against aerobic training has been shown exert antagonizing or alleviating effects.Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play important roles various processes, yet involvement aging-associated not well understood. In this study, we performed comprehensive analysis circRNAs profiles quadriceps muscles sedentary young aging mice, as mice with exercise using RNA sequencing. Our results identified altered by factors exercise.Their host genes were then predicted analyzed gene ontology enrichment analysis.Importantly, found that circBBS9 featured decreased levels compared elevated expression versus mice.Besides, GO KEGG on target genes, established the circBBS9-miRNA-mRNAs interaction network. Our indicate may active mediating benefits intervention, thus serve a novel therapeutic combating dysfunction.
