ABSTRACT
The inflammatory microenvironment plays an important role in the onset and progression of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), liver is a suitable site metastasis for LUAD cells. However, whether conducive to proliferation, invasion, cells remains unclear. In this study, we confirmed that hepatic stimulated by IL-6 promoted migration, epithelial-mesenchymal transition cells, increased m6A methylation total RNA, transcriptionally activated METTL3 expression. Additionally, YAP1/TEAD signaling pathway increasing modification expression YAP1 mRNA. These results indicate regulating biological functions Further, our study identifies molecular mechanism may provide new strategy early diagnosis, treatment, prognosis patients.
