ABSTRACT
Accurate diagnosis of complete inactivation tuberculosis lesions is still a challenge with respect to sputum-negative tuberculosis. RNA-sequencing was conducted uncover potential lncRNA indicators metabolic activity in lesions. Lung tissues high and low demonstrated by fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography were collected from five patients for RNA-sequencing. Differentially-expressed mRNAs lncRNAs identified. Their correlations evaluated construct lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network, which degrees confirmed quantitative real-time PCR using samples 11 patients. Prediction efficiencies assessed receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. Bioinformatics analysis performed lncRNAs. 386 44 identified be differentially expressed. network significantly associated fibrillar collagen, platelet-derived growth factor binding, leukocyte migration involved inflammatory response.
