ABSTRACT
Uveal melanoma is a highly malignant tumor in the eye. Its recurrence and metastasis are common, prognosis poor.The transcriptome data of UVM were downloaded from TCGA database, single cell sequencing dataset GSE139829 was GEO database. Weighted co-expression network analysis used to explore modules associated with m7G. Lasso regression construct M7G-related prognostic signature. Immune infiltration significance model immune microenvironment. Finally, assays function key genes MUM-2B OCM-1 lines UVM.The signature constructed by Cox regression. Patients could be divided into high-risk group low-risk this signature, had worse (P<0.05). Cell experiments showed that proliferation, invasion migration ability significantly decreased after knockdown PAG1, gene which proved PAG1 might potential target UVM.Our study explored m7G UVM, provided biomarkers for its diagnosis treatment.
