ABSTRACT
Protein disulfide isomerase family 6 (PDIA6) belongs to the protein (PDI) family, which function as isomerases and molecular chaperones. PDIA6 has recently been shown promote proliferation growth of various types human cancer cells; however underlying mechanism remains elusive. Here, we report that enhances HeLa cells through activation Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. Ectopic overexpression in led increased cell accompanied with accelerated cycle progression. Further mechanistic investigation demonstrated resulted decreased phosphorylation β-catenin at Ser45 Ser33/Ser37/Thr41, while nuclear accumulation, upregulation Wnt/ target genes cyclinD1 c-myc, was abolished by ubiquitin-proteasome inhibitor MG132. These results promoted suppressing β-catenin, thereby inhibiting degradation
