We therefore conducted a with 456 cases 685 healthy controls divided into male female subgroups. Five were selected genotyped using Sequenom Mass-ARRAY technology. Odds ratios (OR) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) calculated unconditional logistic regression adjusting for age gender. Allelic model analysis revealed that rs1759752, allele frequency distributions differed subgroup ( p = 0.015, OR: 1.401, 95%CI: 1.066–1.481). Genetic subgroup, rs1759752 was associated increased CHD risk dominant 0.035) overdominant 0.045). In rs12566304 decreased codominant 0.038) 0.031). Additionally, “GC” haplotypes rs1930760 protective against males. These observations shed new light on gene susceptibility population.
