ABSTRACT
The neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet/lymphocyte (PLR), and red cell distribution width (RDW) are markers of systemic inflammation with prognostic significance for cancers. aim the study was to investigate predictive pretreatment values NLR, PLR, RDW in cervical cancer. We retrospectively analyzed 515 patients Median NLR PLR were higher cancer compared controls consistently elevated during tumor progression, while uninformative. Increased associated lymph node (LN) metastasis depth stromal infiltration, increased correlated only LN metastasis. or value a significant predictor metastasis, which enhanced when combined. Further, as effective squamous carcinoma antigen (SCC-Ag) predicting distant However, no found early stages. Our suggested that might be helpful predict presence carcinoma, but not adequate factors stage patients.
