It presumed to be more aggressive than ductal (IDC), though it uncertain whether the prognoses IMPC IDC differ. In this retrospective study, we compared clinicopathologic characteristics between 170 female patients with (pure or mixed IDC) 728 pure IDC. The had higher clinical stages histologic grades, incidences lymphovascular invasion axillary lymph node extracapsular extension, degree involvement patients. Moreover, was associated increases in estrogen receptor (ER) progesterone (PR) positivity HER-2 overexpression. Although recurrence-free (LRRFS) (RFS) were poorer patients, overall distant metastasis did not differ two groups. Multivariate analysis revealed that an independent factor for LRRFS RFS We therefore suggest improve treatment decisions, tested presence specific subtype.
