Consequently, immunohistochemistry reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were utilized to study correlation between expression clinical-pathological characteristics. The influence on apoptosis, proliferating activity, cycle, migratory invasive capacity determined Eca 109 EC 9706 lines vitro . And activity testified using naked mice model vivo In addition, potential molecular mechanism tested by microarray. It discovered there certain ESCC. By knocking out invasion, proliferation could be decreased. it also arrest cycle at G1 phase increase apoptosis rate. further verified had obvious effect xenograft Eca109 cells. Finally, uncovered microarray analysis variety tumor genes pathways related Thsd7a. Together, demonstrated might degree carcinogenesis
