ABSTRACT
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are involved in various biological processes and diseases including osteosarcoma. RNA metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1) is overly expressed But the function mechanism it works on osteosarcoma proliferation metastasis mediated by Rho associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase (ROCK1) 2 (ROCK2) remain unclear. In present study, an elevated MALAT1 was found tissues cell lines, correlated with a poor prognosis patients. The functional experiments show that decreased could remarkably inhibit but induce cycle arrest, indicating functioned as oncogene Furthermore, we confirmed ROCK1/ROCK2 which were targeted microRNA-144-3p (miR-144-3p) shared same miR-144-3p combining site. constructed luciferase assay verified target of miR-144-3p. Additionally, results qRT-PCR demonstrated repressed each other's expression reciprocal manner. Finally, affirmed overexpression inhibited its working competitive endogenous (ceRNA) via summary, findings this study based ceRNA theory, research foundation miR-144-3p, ROCK1 ROCK2, taking new point provided insights into molecular level reversal
