However, underlying mechanism its oncogenesis remains be elucidated. Here we identified that a long noncoding RNA, lncSHRG was greatly upregulated in human hepatocellular carcinoma samples. We found essential for liver cancer cell tumor propagation mice. In mechanism, recruits SATB1 bind HES6 promoter initiates expression. which is highly expressed promotes proliferation. High expression level positively correlated with clinical severity poor prognosis people carcinoma. Altogether, our research provides new insight on progression.
