ABSTRACT
Recent studies have shown that circulating microRNAs are potential biomarkers for various types of malignancies. The aim this study was to investigate the feasibility using serum exosomal (miRNAs) as novel serological hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) diagnosis and prognosis. Exosomes small membranous vesicles (30-100 nm). Exosomal miR-665 levels in HCC patients were significantly higher than those healthy subjects (P < 0.05), upregulated tumours larger size (> 5 cm), with local invasion at an advanced clinical stage (stage III/IV) = 0.0042, 0.0197, 0.0276, respectively). survival time high-expression group (n 17) shorter low-expression 13) 0.036). In addition, we found cell-derived exosomes promoted hepatoma cell proliferation expression level proteins MAPK/ERK pathway vitro vivo. This suggests may be a minimally invasive biomarker
