Metastasis the key event in progression, but its mechanism not been fully elucidated. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) proven participate processes, their function thoroughly studied either. Here, we performed microarray quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) analysesto identify miRNAsassociated with metastasis prognosis as well correlation between serum tissue. We also explored these miRNAs' promising molecular mechanisms by 3′UTR reporter assay immunoblotting. showed thatmiR-184 significantly attenuated SCLC, whereas miR-574–5p enhanced it. Both miRNAs were found β-catenin signaling suppressing protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type U (PTPRU)orendothelial PAS domain (EPAS1). Furthermore, was verified independent prognostic risk factor for SCLC.
