BullStop: A Mobile App for Cyberbullying Prevention

Social media has become the new playground for bullies. Young people are now regularly exposed to a wide range of abuse online. In response increasing prevalence cyberbullying, online social networks have increased efforts clamp down on but unfortunately, nature, complexity and sheer volume cyberbullying means that many incidents go undetected. BullStop is mobile app detecting preventing platforms. It uses deep learning models identify instances can automatically initiate actions such as deleting offensive messages blocking bullies behalf user. Our system not only achieves impressive prediction results also demonstrates excellent potential use in real-world scenarios freely available Google Play Store.
