ABSTRACT
A new emerging infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 has a global pandemic. Early diagnosis is essential to prevent and halt the spread of disease, patient management isolation. In this study, we aimed reveal correlations between clinical laboratory findings with chest CT.This in an observational case series single center study secondary hospital Jakarta, Indonesia. Patients were included if they had typical symptoms positive RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2.Forty-two patients study. Typical CT present 33 (78.6%). We found correlation whom imaging was performed after 4th day (r=0.365 p<0.05). receiver operating characteristic analysis parameter, area under curve (AUC) 0.678, sensitivity specificity 0.96 0.44, respectively.Early COVID-19 promptly isolate treat suspected patients. Utilization help pandemic era needs be considered healthcare facilities especially limited.
