ABSTRACT
Spatio-temporal variation of the anomalies gravity field associated with change in total water storage and precipitation Lima -Callao was analyzed. GRACE (Gravity Recovery Climate Experiment) TRMM (Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission) data monthly were introduced this study. Autocorrelation, cross-correlation decomposition analysis time series performed, finding that both present annual cycles but different intra-annual variations. The gravitational increased decreased an cycle, positive varied from December to Ma y a nd negatives vary June November. Precipitation mainly presents although other frequencies lower spectral power 6, 4 3 months found, increases August March, decreases rapidly until May followed by dry period August. Cross correlation applied between obtaining maximum coefficient 0.8677 for lag two months, seems be related recharge mechanisms storage, which reveals region receives indirect recharge.
