ABSTRACT
Aim of the study was to investigate role C-reactive protein as an indicator multimorbidity in patients with arterial hypertension. Material and methods. A retrospective archival data 1958 hypertension who were examined treated at clinic Federal Research Center for Fundamental Translational Medicine (Novosibirsk) carried out. 2 groups allocated depending on concentration blood serum: normal elevated (> 5 mg/l). comparative analysis severity polymorbidity, well clinical, laboratory biochemical parameters selected Results. It has been established that values had higher rates transnosological transsystemic accompanied by changes lipid, carbohydrate purine metabolism (a decrease high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, increase glucose uric acid serum, index atherogenicity), content fibrinogen serum. Conclusions. The serum can serve a marker polymorbidity
