ABSTRACT
The available data convincingly show the presence of multiple pathophysiological links that explain high probability developing metabolic syndrome (MetS) in patients with affective disorders, and MetS itself has been proposed as a premorbid condition depression cardiovascular diseases type 2 diabetes mellitus. aim study was to investigate association depressive disorders its components migrants Far North arterial hypertension after moving new climatic geographical living conditions. Material methods . 267 both sexes who arrived from regions for permanent residence Central Siberia were examined. verification carried out accordance clinical recommendations All-Russian Scientific Society Cardiology (2009). To identify assess severity hospital scale anxiety HADS used. Results discussion Among symptoms clinically pronounced nature occurred more frequently (36.3 14.1 %, respectively) compared persons permanently residing Krasnoyarsk (21.4 6.1 respectively, p = 0.001 0.011). Former residents signs much likely have three- four-component combinations MetS. Migrants suffering are characterized by highest frequency five-component cluster Conclusions hypertension, incidence general, especially nature, is significantly higher Krasnoyarsk; when their level rises, MC become common. results correlation analysis suggest existence relationships between lipid metabolism North.
