ABSTRACT
This article presents the methodological approach used to develop a Person-centred Curriculum Framework. A background overview of conceptualisations curricula and curriculum development frameworks globally is provided, critical analysis these offered. The case for whole-systems made, in context understanding why such an can enable building capacity person-centred culture development. derived from McKinsey’s 7S methodology presented, including original its adaptation work reported on this IPDJ Special Issue. use shaping each stage framework presented.
