Tangerines growth is based on a limited number of varieties and hybrids. In this context, the present work was developed with purpose evaluating acceptance intention to buy new hybrid tangerine, Fremont IAC 543, in States Sao Paulo Parana. The sensory study carried out Mercadao da Prochet, Londrina/PR, Free Fair old Railroad, Mogi Mirim/SP, applying acceptability test purchase by means hedonic scales nine five points, respectively. Participated 112 untrained tasters each location, who analyzed tangerine fruit relation attributes: appearance, aroma, texture, taste, overall impression product. showed good acceptance, score ranging from 6 (moderately liked) 9 (extremely rate above 70% 50% Parana, respectively, more than 90% tasters, both States, saying they would fruits for consumption. way concluded that 543 resulted high consumers, mainly state Paulo.
