Teacher's Efforts in Overcoming Student’s Difficulty Post Distance Learning at Elementary School

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to analyze teachers' efforts overcome students' learning difficulties after distance in elementary schools. This study used qualitative methods. subjects were the principal, teachers and students grades 3, 4 5 at Al Fahd Islamic school Palembang. data collection techniques interviews, observation, documentation, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), questionnaires form open closed questions via Google Form. Data was analyzed using an interactive model, namely condensation, presentation conclusions. validity testing carried out by triangulation. results show that teacher's overcoming difficulties, first teacher takes a direct approach such as persuasive attention, guidance direction students, provides opportunities for speak/express opinions, answer questions, writing opinions front class, providing encouragement or motivation giving praise rewards students. Second, apply effective enjoyable strategies/models/and methods active learning, question answer, discussion/group study, contextual inquiry (observation), experimentation, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project Based (PJBL). Third, use media, Videos LCD projector, Power Point, experimental media. Fourth, collaboration with parents. Collaboration between school, especially teachers, parents deliberately programmed from start before begins (parents meeting). These have impact on process. Students feel happy participating learning.
