ABSTRACT
In order to explore appropriate measures promote germination after the harvest of Epimedium pseudowushanense, 6-BA, urea, ammonium bicarbonate and GA₃ were chosen spray on root rhizomes, then biological indicators such as branches, leaf length, width, plant height so on, measured in different periods, contents epimedin A, B, C icariin dry leaves detected by HPLC. Results showed that 6-BA 90 mg·L⁻¹(B1), 60 mg·L⁻¹(B2),6-BA 30 mg·L⁻¹+urea 300 mg·L⁻¹ (C1), mg·L⁻¹(C2),6-BA mg·L⁻¹+ mg·L⁻¹(C4) significantly increased bud early period, plants quickly set up new system photosynthesis, branches a month which higher than control group respectively 165.9%, 115.76%, 103.86%, 104.50%, 81.67%.However developed next year weight per B1 B2 much lower group. The groups use nitrogen at same time reaped good yield even though treatment had no significant influence year. C1, C2, C4 treatments 36.80%, 32.84%, 45.97% more respectively. Therefore, C2 are recovery harvest. Furthermore, groups, except 10 reduced content C, other didn't have any effect flavonoids.
