ABSTRACT
As an important integral part of traditional Chinese medicine chemical biology( TCMCB),it is great importance to rapid isolate,and reliably identify the components in herbal medicines. Phytochemical studies on anti-inflammatory active dragon's blood,the red resin Dracaena cochinchinensis,resulted isolation two compounds,nordracophane( 1) and dracophane( 2),using LC-MS chromatographic techniques( Silica gel,ODS preparative HPLC). The structures,cyclic dihydrochalcane trimers,were elucidated basis 1 D 2 NMR,MS,IR UV spectral analysis. Compound a new compound,and isolated from D. cochinchinensis for first time. Both compounds exhibited significant inhibition nitric oxide production lipopolysaccharides( LPS)-stimulated RAW264. 7 cells with IC50 values of( 14. 9±4. 50) and( 9. 0±0. 7) μmol·L-1.
