ABSTRACT
The optimal condition for Moringa oleifera root barks extraction was determined using response surface methodology and Box-Behnken Design. actual of the factors 65℃, ethanol 60%, 40 (mL/g) liquid-to-solid ratio with 240 minutes time. enrichment phenolic compounds sharply affected antioxidant, inhibitions α-amylase enzyme, as well as, anti-inflammatory effect extract from M. barks. in exhibited better 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging inhibitory activities than those positive controls. Also, showed weak hydroxyl nitric oxide (NO) production effects. These revealed a simple promising method preparation bioactive products bark oleifera.
