ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to verify the differences and relationships in work-leisure conflict based on level serious leisure among female baseball enthusiasts who participate as a activity. To achieve goal, survey was conducted using purposive sampling method enthusiasts. Out collected surveys, total 175 were used for final analysis, excluding 34 responses that deemed insincere. In study, exploratory factor cluster K-means one-way analysis variance (ANOVA), multiple regression methods employed. data analyzed SPSS 25.0 Program AMOS 26.0 Program. results showed following: Firstly, revealed significant difference Secondly, four sub-factors examined. Post-hoc indicated only negative affect_WL time pressure_WL factors had leisure. Thirdly, impact personal effort influence conflict.This aimed elucidate relationship between participating conflict. Through research, deeper understanding lives women sports activities sought.
