ABSTRACT
Crude palm oil is considered a strategic export commodity for Indonesia because of its contribution to the domestic economy and development so government will always ensure that agreements related CPO are included in discussion international trade agreements, including EFTA CEPA. However, agreement Indonesia-EFTA CEPA received an unfavorable response from several national NGOs Switzerland who members The Swiss Palm Oil Coalition. They urged exclude free agreement. This research aimed find out involvement NGO negotiations on using conceptual framework economic diplomacy. method used this paper descriptive qualitative. data collection methods interview methods, document-based internet-based with analysis techniques consisting reduction, presentation, verification conclusion drawing.
