ABSTRACT
Mobile is today’s most popular device for information dissemination owing to the 275 million smart phone subscribers present in India and providing a hope improvement of extension services through recent advancement this field, mobile applications its use. For development IVRI- Dairy Manager App, study was conducted Ludhiana Chandigarh, two high productivity regions Punjab among commercial dairy farmers. assessing perceived utility app, total 30 farmers were selected randomly as respondents. Semi structured interview schedule observation method data collection. The app developed on basis needs unfelt assessed gap score scientific recommended practices farming. placed Google play store 31st May, 2018. has received viewers rating. Assessment revealed average 19.58. No major constraints reported use by can be used very good tool quick referral management refreshing knowledge not only but also veterinarians, organisations which indirectly will help increase have enhanced income near future.
