ABSTRACT
Purpose -Current study is an attempt to look into the various theoretical concepts/ theories that help understand what motivates individuals, especially young people, travel and which are practical implications of analysed theories.In particular, we chose Maslow's Theory Needs analyse youth motivations.Research Design -The draws its base from two streams literature, one being associated with motivations other dealing question how can influence travelling patterns individual.The literature review was done extensively articles published in domain tourist related areas were traced reviewed.Findings -Our analysis tourism centred on hierarchy needs confirmed validity as explanation most important travellers' motivations.The results also indicate that, due recent technological developments affecting societies tourists' behavioursespecially those Millennialsnew have emerged, discussed detail.Research Limitations research has been carried out light available it fails address empirical evidence.Also, be extended motivation presented this work.
