ABSTRACT
This paper provides an overview of the current state-of-the-art digital twin and thread technology in industrial operations. Both are transformational technologies that have advantage improving efficiency design manufacturing. Digital is important element Industry 4.0 digitalization process; however, huge amount data generated collected by offer challenges handling, processing storage. The aims to report on development a new framework combines for better management order drive innovation, improve production process performance, ensure continuity traceability information. twin/thread incorporated behavior simulation physical control components, which these two components rely connectivity between information flow exchange innovation. encompasses specifications include organizational architecture layout, security, user access, cloud computing set-up, hardware software requirements. It envisaged will be applicable enhancing optimization operational processes world, especially Shipyard 4.0.
