ABSTRACT
(1) Background: The prevalence of comorbid psychiatric disorders among the patients with mental is higher than general population. aim this study was to estimate a Mexican adolescent sample diagnosed eating disorders; (2) Methods: Only adolescents were included in study. diagnoses using DSM-5 criteria. Adolescents ages between 12 17 years included. comorbidities evaluated MINI-kid and QEWP-R. In addition, z-score values calculated from BMI; (3) Results: mean age 14.08±1.7 old. our more frequently bulimia nervosa (55.61%). We found that 89% had another comorbidity. Major depressive disorder (52.40%) suicide risk (40%) most prevalent comorbidity; (4) Conclusions: Our results showed major are principal comorbidities. This emphasizes importance clinicians take in-to consideration presence achieve an integrative treatment for ED.
