ABSTRACT
Herpes simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) expresses a large number of miRNAs, and their function is still not completely understood. In addition, HSV-1 has been found to deregulate host which adds the complexity regulation efficient replication. this study, we comprehen-sively addressed deregulation miRNAs by massive-parallel sequencing. We that only expressed from single cluster, miR-183/96/182 are reproducibly deregulated dur-ing productive infection. These predicted regulate great potential tar-gets involved in different cellular processes have 33 shared targets. Among these, mem-bers FoxO family proteins were identified as targets for all three miRNAs. However, our study shows upregulated do affect expression proteins, moreover these Furthermore, show individual required Taken together, results indicate complex redundant response infected cells infection efficiently inhibited virus.
