ABSTRACT
Cervical cancer is a significant global health concern, with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection being crucial risk factor. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) an attractive, minimally invasive treatment for HPV-related cervical lesions, which uses photosensitizers and light to selectively de-stroy abnormal cells. We aim provide overview of the various sorts dyes that are utilized in PDT decreasing incidence mortality cancer. Besides, article discusses ongoing clinical trials low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia (LSIL) high-grade lesions (HSIL), as well preclinical approaches using dyes. Moreover, it highlights potential PDT, examine them in-silico condition, their pros cons also solutions enhancing anticancer com-patibility. display promising therapeutic strategy diagnosis HPV-associated lesions. shows different classes improves effects PDT. Finally, among all used Fullerene demonstrated high tendency over expressed receptors cells seems be proper candidate more than before, but further research necessary assess its long-term efficacy safety.
