ABSTRACT
Mapping or quantitative inversion through remote sensing technology is an active way for mineral monitoring in large uncultivated forest areas. Different spectral features of minerals, induced by ionic composition, can be identified which are related to type abundance. Based on the distinctive absorption around 2.33µm carbonate ion, we use it as analytic target propose improved continuum removal (ICR) algorithm couple with normalized abundance evaluate relationship between band depth (CRBD) and ion Through experimentally testing synthetic real image data, ICR ratio normalization enhance linear relation CRBD We find this technique performs best retrieval. The lowest root mean square error 0.0400 data relative low 6.80% data. Compared five other algorithms, coupling improve retrieval accuracy ion. By using a hyperspectral library, also present retrieve without ground samples. These results make more reasonable distinct enhanced provide great potential extend information extraction absence sample even surveys Moon Mars analysis.
