ABSTRACT
Organizational climate is the ascribed psychological meanings and significance associated with procedures, policies practices that are recognized rewarded in workplace, hence mediates effects of environmental stimuli on individuals’ response. Safety a specific organizational climate, i.e., for safety. Previous research claimed provides foundation safety but without elaboration foundational mechanisms.
