ABSTRACT
One of the rapidly developing research areas in power system is integration distributed generation (DG) with distribution system. The size and location DG sources had a considerable impact on networks. Artificial intelligence (AI) techniques can be used to address multidimensional problems relating systems. Heuristic optimization offers reliable effective method for solving complicated real-world problems. This work focuses hybrid approach that combines two heuristic methods i.e., Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimal siting sizing ideas from GA PSO generates individuals new using both mechanisms procedures found GA. An extensive performance analysis IEEE 14 busbar standard test conducted demonstrate viability suggested methodologies. In designated locations, placed, outcomes have been verified. results indicated right placement injection enhances voltage profile lowers system’s losses. These offer unique determining unit, demonstrating potential such computational reduce computing time complexity while simultaneously reducing human errors associated hit-and-trail methods.
