ABSTRACT
With the continuous update of gene editing technology, great progress has been made in livestock breeding, researchers have produced edited pigs, cattle, sheep and other improved livestock. Gene technology is a genetic means to knock in, out, delete, inhibit, activate or replace specific bases DNA RNA sequences at genome level achieve accurate modification, can edit genes fixed point without need for templates. In recent years, although regular clusters interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9 system mediated widely used animal breeding research, but so far, system's precise insertion efficiency foreign not high enough, there are certain off-target effects, it enough be large such as cashmere goats. this paper, development status, challenges, application prospects look into distance CRISPR/ Cas9-mediated precisiongene were reviewed, order provide theoretical reference function analysis, improvement with local economic characteristics.
