ABSTRACT
Open-source devices are nowadays used in a vast number of research fields like medicine, education, agriculture, and sports among others. In this work, an open-source, portable, low cost pH logger, appropriate for situ meas-urements was designed developed to assist experiments on agricultural produce manufacturing. Τhe device calibrated manually using buffers values 4.01 7.01. Then it tested by measuring from the juice citrus fruits. A waterproof temperature sensor added compen-sation when pH. formal method comparison process between open-source Hanna HI9024 Waterproof Meter assess their agreement.
