ABSTRACT
There have been many researches on the surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensors for detecting sulfur-containing toxic or harmful gases. This paper aims to give an overview of current state polymer films used in SAW deleterious By covering most important materials, structures and types polymers are summarized, a variety devices with different frequency, such as delay lines array mustard gas, hydrogen sulfide sulfur dioxide introduced. The preparation method films, sensitivity gas sensor, limit detection, influence temperature humidity, anti-interference ability discussed detail. advantages disadvantages also analyzed, potential application future is forecasted.
