ABSTRACT
Background: The aim of this experimental work was to confirm the individual uniqueness lip prints, verify presence recurrent patterns according Suzuki and Tsuchihashi classification search for characteristics that can be used in establishing sex a subject. Methods: Lip prints were taken from sample 172 volunteers using liquid lipstick transparent adhesive tape digitally analyzed. It is necessary establish an acquisition protocol taking analyzing could reduce committed operator.
