ABSTRACT
The aim of the study was to assess impact two lengths Nordic walking (NW) training interventions combined with time restricted eating (TRE) on improving body composition parameters, lipid profile, and levels selected adipokines in women disrupted mass. Overweight obese (n=55, age: 21-85) were recruited. Four groups selected: 6 weeks (SG6, n=13) 12 intervention (SG12, n=13); control groups: CON6 (n=13); CON12 (n=13). sessions took place 3 times a week (60 minutes each) conducted outdoor under supervision professional coach. intensity determined individually. extended NW program TRE induced significant weight reduction SG12 by 1.96 kg (p=0.010) fat tissue 1.64 (p=0.05). proposed did not affect LBM, TBW [kg], VFA profile. LDL/HDL ratio changed small size effect. Leptin concentration differed between (p=0.006), but over time. For resistin, differentiating factor (p=0.019, lower results observed after intervention). change leptin negatively correlated its baseline concentration. Extended weeks, this allows for an improvement composition. Neither nor fasting affected lipoprotein
