ABSTRACT
High-power laser facilities necessitate predicting incremental damage to final optics identify evolving trends. In this study, we propose a surface detection method utilizing image segmentation employing ResNet-18, and area estimation network U-Net++. Paired sets of online offline images obtained from large facility is used train the network. The trends varying could be identified by incorporating additional experimental parameters. A key advantage proposed that can trained end-to-end on small samples, eliminating need for manual labeling or feature extraction. software developed based these models facilitate daily inspection maintenance in facilities.
