ABSTRACT
A tritium resistant coating on the surface of materials is one main methods to reduce permeability. In actual operating processes, mechanical damage such as spalling and scratches will occur coatings. These damages affect hydrogen permeability resistance It an important engineering problem that evaluate effect these coating. this experiment, FeAl/Al2O3 316L stainless steel was simulated by scratching, debonding thermal shock, gas isotope permeation (GDP) test carried out. The influence degree behaviour evaluated discussed.
