ABSTRACT
Introduction: Tacrolimus (TAC) stands out as one of the most widely utilized immu-nosuppressive drugs in prevention rejection following solid organ transplantation. In case liver transplantation (LTx), biochemical pathway for drug metabolism and excretion is an attribute transplanted organ, primary focus immunological functional moni-toring. Consequently, different reduced hepatic functions every patient may lead to di-minished TAC catabolism excretion, resulting a biliary concentration (TACbile) consequent elevated blood (TACblood). Our study aims create personalized parameter early after LTx by analyzing rate through evaluation TACbile TACblood. Methods: This prospective single center observational cohort study. The protocol was registered Clinicaltri-al.gov (code NCT03882164). Results: endpoints analyzed will be assess-ment predictive ability marker assessment relationship between reduction Early Allograft Dys-function (EAD). Conclusions: development system could significantly improve clinical outcome LTx.
