ABSTRACT
This paper presents an analysis of the current state processing lead-zinc ores from Koskudyk deposit (Kazakhstan). At present, polymetallic are being extracted Ridder-Sokolnoye, Zyryanovskoye, Maleevskoye, and Achisai deposits. However, reserves rich easily beneficiable depleted, supply raw materials developed deposits does not exceed 25 years. As a result, more complex difficult-to-enrich oxidized mixed involved in production, extraction non-ferrous metals these significant technological challenge. The most effective method for enriching is flotation with preliminary sulfidization. Laboratory studies were conducted on sample ore deposit, which contains 79.69% lead compounds 84.72% zinc compounds. study examines effect sulfidization using sodium sulfide determines oxidative-reductive potential (ORP) levels various reagent dosages. results showed that increasing dosage to 700 g/t achieving ORP −200 mV led 50.07% extraction, while quality quantity remained stable. Determining optimal level significantly improves efficiency enrichment process, enhancing both qualitative quantitative indicators simplifying regulation process.
