ABSTRACT
This study aimed to determine pharmacokinetics (PK) parameters of FF in white leg shrimp plasma, hepatopancreas and muscle as well its residue depletion hepatopancreas, the impact on histology during after medication. In PK experiment, were fed once at 10 mg FF/kg body weight (bw) by oral in-feed administration muscle. The maximum concentration (Cmax) 60.56 μg/L plasma was observed 1.77 h (Tmax). muscle, a Cmax 11.76 μg/kg attained 0.20 h, while higher (386.92 μg/kg) rapidly obtained (Tmax= 0.19 h). values below minimum inhibitory (MIC) against Vibrio parahaemolyticus, known cause acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (AHPND) shrimp. histological determined feeding medicated feed day or twice for 3 consecutive days with dose bw. residues eliminated rapidly, limit quantification 24 stopping withdrawal time 27.9 degree-days (2 26.5 °C) according (MRL) 100 µg/kg set European Commission Korean Ministry when days. results from analysis showed that there no negative effect
