ABSTRACT
Pleioblastus amarus (P. amarus) (Keng) Keng f.is widely distributed in the southern region of China and is a medicinal food resource there. Flavonoids are important bioactive components P. play anti-tumour, anti-inflammatory, antioxidation roles. In this study, targeted metabolomics method based on liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was used to analyze 35 flavonoids 6 leaf samples shoot amarus, contents 20 were detected. Cynaroside most abundant dry (13.17 μg/g), while Isovitexin (1.34 μg/g). The total content types leaves higher than those shoots. cluster diagram results similarity heatmap showed that there significant differences structure between Fifteen characteristic differential screened by orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis, sorted importance, including Luteolin, Kaempferide, Naringin, Icariin, Quercetin 3-glucoside, Catechin, Naringenin, Glycitin, Diosmin, Cynaroside, Rutin, Vitexin, Isovitexin, Quercetin, L-Epicatechin. correlation analysis flavo-noids mainly divided into two groups: L-Epicatechin, Formononetin, Glycitin one, Chrysin, Fisetin, Genistin, Quercitrin Apigenin, Quercitrin, Luteolin other. We investigated metabolic pathways these groups flavonoids, analyzed reasons for their division groups, provided foundation further research flavonoid amarus. conclusion, study lays subsequent directional separation identification
