In Indonesia, there is not much use of potassium fertilizer for plants. Generally, farmers are more familiar with nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers than potassium. This caused expensive hard to find, so should be another alternative easily economic fertilizer. study aims analyze the effect organic liquid produced from banana stem coconut fiber increase Potassium in soil maize growth on ex-cassava cultivation land Moncongloe Bulu Village, District, Maros Regency. The used randomized block design within two factors replied three times. first factor 4 levels; SK1 (50 ml/pot), SK2 (100 SK3 (150 ml/pot) SK4 (200 ml/pot). second BP1 (25ml/pot), BP2 (50ml/pot), BP3 (75ml/pot) BP4 (100ml/pot), 27 total treatment units. results showed that significantly affected plant height, number leaves, dry matter weight, root carbon, cation exchanged capacity, percentage maize, gained highest average Pottassium increasing soil. Nevertheless, it has significant pH.
