ABSTRACT
Background: there are numerous approaches to assess nutritional status, which putatively applied nutritionally classify diseased people, but less information is available study the role of environmental factors on well-being. A qualitative (nutritypes) and quantitative (nutrimeter) categorization based dietary, lifestyle disease criteria can be a useful approach personalize health interventions identify at risk individuals. Methods: cross-sectional conducted 102 patients (60 women), evaluating quality life using Short-Form 36 questionnaire (SF-36) with general questionnaire, Mediterranean Diet Adherence Screener (MEDAS) Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ). nutrimeter physical activity, fat mass, diet diseases (hypertension, prediabetes, obesity dyslipidemia) data was defined an equation quantitatively score nutritive well-being participants, them into two (proto)nutritypes.
