Profil Klinis dan Epidemiologi Pasien Covid-19 di Sukoharjo

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic is still a very important concern in various parts of the world. disease that infects respiratory tract does have similar characteristics to SARS and MERS, but increases sporadically regions. Therefore, this study aims conduct research on clinical profiles patients at UNS Sukoharjo Hospital.
 Methods: This descriptive observational with cross sectional approach. population were confirmed Hospital for period December 2020 May 2021, aged more than 18 years had no incidents. data obtained are then sorted based criteria analyzed using analysis.
 Results: Based results study, number samples was 469 following characteristics: (1) most age group 46 – 59 (40.3%); (2) male 53.9% female 46.1%; (3) jobs private employees; (4) common symptoms cough (69.9%), shortness breath (66.5%0, fever (62.4%);(5) comorbidities hypertension (29.6%) followed by diabetes mellitus (28.6%); (6 ) Complete blood counts generally normal average, while sugar, laboratory related kidney, liver, D-Dimer, CRP an average above normal, ALC below (7) mortality rate 22.4%; (8) 98.1% cases pathological thorax readings, 81.6% pneumonia, (9) mean length negative conversion 11.28 days.
 Conclusion: epidemiological as whole similarities Indonesia several other countries.
