ABSTRACT
Due to the advent of COVID-19 pandemic, Philippine government encouraged enterprises and businesses utilize flexible work arrangements such as work-from-home (WFH) or telecommuting setup. Nowadays, key components necessary for a include WiFi-enabled IT equipment, secured environment, reliable internet connection, while research shows that type computer literacy are also factors telework implementation. Multiple studies in relation have already been conducted but some were deemed inconclusive need further analysis. Therefore, this study, Mamdani fuzzy-based model was developed capability assessment employees based on four significant namely: speed, equipment availability, literacy, work, which expressed linguistic representations. The proposed fuzzy system can provide feedback score input parameters may be characterized with potential cost requirement.
